Payment for service is due at the beginning of each session. Before our scheduled session,<\/strong> contact your insurance provider to confirm deductibles, co-pays, or co-insurance. If we are not network providers for your insurance company, you should contact them directly to obtain information regarding your out-of-network mental health benefits. We will require prepayment from you if you have an out-of-network insurance carrier (except Tricare) but will provide a courtesy claim you can file for possible reimbursement from them. <\/p>\n When you call your insurance company, check at least the following:<\/p>\n 1.\tWhether or not your policy covers mental health. We are network providers for the following insurances:<\/p>\n \nNetworks and insurance companies are being added frequently, so call us about yours!<\/p>\n We accept the following forms of payment:<\/p>\n There is no charge for appointments, canceled or rescheduled, more than 24 hours in advance. With shorter notice, you agree to pay for the time you reserved. The fee for cancellations within less than 24 hours or no-shows is $100.00<\/strong>. Emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis and should be discussed with your therapist at your earliest convenience.<\/p>\n If you are going to be late for your session, please call to let us know.
